Tentative Myers Running Camp schedule.
*****Please note, this is just a tentative schedule, while the overall format won’t change much, the activities, speakers, and drills could change or move around. It is our goal to keep the campers busy, involved, and interacting with each other.

12:00-­1:00 Camp Welcome Center. Check In

1:00-­2:00 Welcome meeting, Counselor introductions and Team introductions

2:00-­2:30 Team Ice breakers

2:30-­3:30 Work Shop #1 (Dynamic Warm Up)

3:30-­ 4:00 Get into Running Groups and get to know each other.

4:00-­5:00 (Start and Finish) Long Run

5:00-­5:30 Stretching

5:30-­6:00 Free Time, shower and get ready for dinner

6:00-­7:00 Dinner

7:00-­8:00 Team challenge #1

8:00-­8:30 Casual Q&A with about the purpose of a long run. And the purpose of the following days run.
